The Birth of ROC

The homeowners living on the rim of a body of water known as Salisbury Quarry decided to incorporate in April of 2007.  The mission of the incorporation was to unite the rimowners and assist the home owners in preserving of the Salisbury Quarry.  The name of this organization is the Rim Owners Coalition or ROC
